Liaoning Guoce Gold Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, is the first listed enterprise in the nonferrous industry in Liaoning Province. The company has 2 active mines, 1 smelting factory, and 2 prospective mines. Besides, it has been granted various patents for utility models, including 8 for ore dressing and 11 for smelting. With two enterprises ratified as high-tech firms by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the company has formed a large-scale gold production base centered in Fengcheng and covering such areas as Dandong and Benxi.
